Gỏi cuốn Meal Kit (Rice Paper Rolls)

Gỏi cuốn (makes 12 rolls)

1 PoppySmack Rice Paper Roll Kit
12 portions of desired protein sliced (prawns, fish, beef, pork, tofu)
6 lettuce leaves halved
1 cucumber julienned
2 carrots julienned
Approx’ 36 herb leaves (mint, Thai basil, coriander)

1. Place noodles into a bowl and cover in boiling hot water for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside;
2. Fill a large bowl/rice paper dipper with luke-warm water. Wet the rice paper surface and place on a plate;
3. Place the noodles and filling ⅓ down the rice paper;
4. Roll the rice paper, folding the sides in before fully rolling
5. Dip in PoppySmack sauce of choice and ENJOY!

Tricks: You can add whatever protein and vegetables you have at hand!
