We hand pack your order with care, despite our best efforts, sometimes accidents do happen.
If your order arrives damaged, take a picture and send it to email@example.com with your order number within 7 days. We’ll be in touch with you to organise your choice of a re-delivery or a refund.
What if you don’t like the product?
Our products are made with quality fresh ingredients and flavours. We love to hear your feedbacks and will offer you another flavour on your next order.
However, as a small business, we’re unable to oblige with a refund in all other normal circumstances.
Our products are made with care and are of high standard. Should any of our products are not up to your satisfaction, we love her your feedbacks and offer you a replacement on your next order.
In all other circumstances, as our products are consumable goods that require strict handling, we’re unable to offer returns.
